‘Under One Roof’ is a service for letting rented homes in St. Helens, Merseyside. Liquid created a unique identity to promote this new service and their main selling point: that they provided everything you need to let property ‘under one roof’.

We designed something with real personality and an approachable feel. The ‘house’ logo perfectly conveyed everything that Under One Roof was about. ‘House’ tags were placed throughout the agency offices, conveying the idea of choice and the strapline ‘Home Sweet Home’ was a reassuring message to people apprehensive about the process.

We used this identity to produce a whole range of leaflets in different languages as well as rolling it out onto questionnaires, forms, postcards, posters and stationery.
