Following a successful pitch process ACC Liverpool, home to BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena, briefed liquid to design and produce marketing collateral for the venue which would help them to build on their success and take their brand to the next level.

It was crucial that the collateral - which included a sales brochure, eblasts, interior banners, external flags, exhibition stand graphics and press advertising - positioned the BT Convention Centre as the place to come for exhibitions and events. It also had to push out key messages including the quality of its staff and how it is one of the best and greenest venues in Europe.
The central idea which underpinned all our creative thinking was that ACC Liverpool, as an international destination is a place where the whole world meets. This message was communicated powerfully through impactful design and dynamic writing.

The innovative dot design we created, underpinned by the strapline "Sometimes it's good to follow the crowd", was used to create a new corporate look for the venue. This design cleverly conveys the main message, with the dots also helping to lead the reader through the brochure as we used them to create striking illustrations throughout.

The copy clearly and concisely pushed out the key messages, such as the innovation in the design of the building, its green credentials, the excellence of its staff and why Liverpool is the ideal destination.

The brochure was launched at Confex, the UK's leading event for event organisers. We created online animations along with exhibition stands to promote ACC Liverpool's appearance there and the design will be rolled out in the future for trade ads and banners throughout the venue.
