Challenge
We worked with Lloyds TSB facilities management on their building signage and internal corporate communications. Lloyds TSB had been encountering problems of consistency in terms of their internal signage: staff were making their own signage, using different fonts and layouts, and this conflicted with Lloyds TSB’s professional approach. What they required was a new signage system which was both professional and corporate and could also be used in a number of different situations. The same signage would then be available in whichever office or branch it was required.

Solution
What we created was a flexible, cost effective, branded signage solution that could be used directly by Lloyds TSB staff.

We did this by creating a series of ‘templates’. The templates were uneditable in terms of font, colour, use of logo etc. ensuring that strict brand guidelines were adhered to, while still providing the flexibility to change the wording on the signage to fit the purpose.

Result
The solution we provided has served its purposes well, delivering both professionalism, flexibility and cost effectiveness.
