At liquid you will have the opportunity to work in established and growing team developing and maintaining a strong range of dynamic database driven websites.
This role would suit someone with good existing core skills and an eye for design wanting to develop their skills as part of a friendly team on established and new sites.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their skills by providing links to examples of work.
As Junior Web Developer you will be responsible for:
- Work individually and with other members of the Development Team to develop new websites
- Maintaining a range of dynamic database driven websites
- Implementation of web design using CSS
- Application testing
- Bug-fixing
As Junior Web Developer you will have the following skills:
- HTML
- CSS
- Recent programming understanding
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to multi-task
- Work individually or as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Communication skills

As Junior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for:
- Design and development of a wide range of communication materials / client projects ensuring standards of excellence across all jobs.
- Adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
- Providing excellent client care and support.
- Acting as a project leader / client liaison on allocated projects.
- Keeping abreast of and sharing knowledge of design trends, ensuring liquid's output is cutting edge.
- Investigating developments in design and sharing information with the liquid team.
- Researching sectors / markets for client projects.
As Junior Graphic Designer you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Higher education / degree in graphic design discipline.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and ideally Flash, Word and PowerPoint.
- Be conceptual and be able to hit the ground running.
- Have the ability to learn new skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have clear and effective communication.
- Ability to manage own time effectively and to meet deadlines.
- Have knowledge of current design trends and technology.
- Have awareness of marketing / advertising trends and local and national current affairs.
- Be able to work well individually or as part of the creative team.
- Must be committed to delivering excellent client satisfaction and to continual improvement both on a personal and company level.
