Liverpool creative design agency Liquid has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Bernie Emery as Commercial Director.

Bernie joins from Business Link for London where in her role as Sector Leader for Creative Industries she advised Liquid with their relocation from the capital to Merseyside.

Bernie brings a wealth of experience to Liquid after developing a successful career in the world of media sales with the BBC, Channel 4 and Central Television, before moving into key change management roles in the Further/Higher Education sector.

Bernie currently sits on the Digital Media Innovation Centre Advisory Group at London Met University and is a trustee of The Video College.

“Bernie’s appointment underlines our commitment for further business growth and expansion and her vast experience will be crucial to Liquid achieving that objective,” said Liquid Managing Director Chris Mitchell.

“We are delighted to have recruited Bernie to this key role, the support and advice we received from Bernie in her previous post convinced us we needed her knowledge and contacts at Liquid to help drive forward our expansion plans,” added Mitchell.
