Secret Santa

As is a tradition now, liquid celebrated the festive season by having a Secret Santa. We gathered around the tree drinking Anthea’s Buck's Fizz concoction, as our office elf Gary, dressed up in his Christmas cardigan, handed us the presents.

The good thing about working in the creative industry is that we put creativity and imagination into things, so expectations were high…unfortunately, the budget wasn’t. While not what you would call traditional Christmas presents our novelty presents provided minutes of amusement for us. (Before many were thrown in the bin or receipts were asked for). The presents ranged from rabbit food to a Newcastle themed snow globe. The globe now sits on the desk of our resident Geordie (Karen), so that she can have Ant and Dec, Alan Shearer and the beautiful features of Peter Beardsley staring back at her all day.

Some of the other presents have proved welcome additions to the office. In fact, I don’t know what we used to do at lunchtime without the Mullet hair style Top Trumps.
